The Hainesport Emergency Squad was organized in 1956 by A group of members from the Hainesport Volunteer Fire Company #1 felt that the. community needed their own dedicated ambulance services.There were 15 Charter members of the squad and in July of 1956 the member received their first aid training and purchased the squad's Ambulance,

Purpose
The purpose of the Hainesport Emergency Squad , is to provide emergency medical service to the sick and injured, provide rescue service to patient in need and provide for their transportation to a recognized medical facility.
